Ok so like what if the reason Kubo’s hair looks kinda weird (especially in the bangs area) is because he cut it himself?
I mean, his mother was never awake most of the time, so she probably wouldn’t be able to cut it…
Like, one day his hair grew too long for his liking and he decided to cut it, accidentally butchered it and decided to just tie it back from then on.
